Students are entitled to discounted fees for their Conference registration, Tutorial registration, best deal, and good deal.
The discounted student fees apply to all presenters and authors of invited papers, regularly submitted papers and posters, Late Breaking Work papers and posters, and Conference attendees who are students.
During the on-line registration process students will be required to submit a scanned copy of an official letter (in English) from the University or School they attend, duly signed and stamped, indicating the current student status.

All registration cancellations, due to any reason, received in writing by 19 February 2021 will be fully refunded, less 10% which will be deducted for administrative expenses. For cancellations, due to any reason, received after this date, please see the following cases:
For paper presentation at the Conference and publication in the Proceedings, one registration per submission is required by 26 February 2021 (extended deadline). After this date, submitted papers will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds will be made.
For poster presentation at the Conference and publication in the Proceedings, one registration per submission is required by 26 March 2021 (new deadline). After this date, submitted manuscripts will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds will be made.
One-half of the registration will be refunded for cancellations received in writing between 19 February and 31 May 2021. No refunds will be made from 1 June 2021 onwards.
If, for any reason, a tutorial is cancelled, then the tutorial’s registered participants are entitled to transfer their registration to another tutorial or to receive a refund.
All registration cancellations, of authors of papers and posters, due to any reason, received in writing by 30 June 2021 (new deadline) will be fully refunded, less 10% which will be deducted for administrative expenses. After this date, submitted papers and posters will be forwarded to the Publisher for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings and no refunds will be made.
